Your account
Use the service only if you can enter a binding agreement. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for the records you enter and for having permission to store other people’s contact information. Do not attempt to access another customer’s records, interfere with the service or use it to send unsolicited messages.
What the service provides
Breeder Assistant organizes dog and puppy records, litters, planning dates and reminders. Features may change as the service develops. Heat estimates are planning aids, not confirmation of fertility, ovulation, pregnancy or safe breeding timing. Reminders depend on accurate records, preferences and delivery systems and may be delayed or fail. Continue to maintain your own calendar for critical care and obtain veterinary guidance for medical decisions.
Membership and recurring payments
The exact monthly price and currency are displayed before PayPal checkout. Paid membership renews monthly at the approved recurring rate until cancelled. Creating an app account alone does not authorize a charge. PayPal handles payment approval. Complimentary accounts require no PayPal connection and do not incur subscription charges. A custom member price applies to that membership rather than every customer.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel future renewals at any time through the app’s Manage membership page. Payments are non-refundable, including partial or unused months, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Cancellation does not reverse a payment already processed. Already-paid access continues through the recorded paid period; you can still view and export existing records when paid editing access ends. Your records and privacy
You retain ownership of the records you provide. You authorize us to store and process them to operate the service. Export tools are available in Settings; maintain your own copies of important records. Our App Privacy Policy explains how account and record information is handled. Cancellation and account deletion are separate requests.
Service operation
We may pause access to address abuse, security issues, payment problems or legal obligations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every estimate or email is accurate or delivered. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes and support
We may revise these terms and will identify the revised effective date, with additional notice or consent where required. Questions, account support and billing requests can be sent to hello@breederassistant.com.
